Welcome to Solaris Cleaning Company (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or using any of our services.

1. Services & Scheduling

Solaris Cleaning Company provides professional solar panel cleaning services throughout Florida. Appointments are confirmed upon scheduling and may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or same-day cancellations may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

2. Payments & Refunds

Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit cards, digital payments, and checks. Refunds are issued only for verified service concerns that cannot be resolved by a follow-up cleaning.

3. Safety & Liability

Our team is licensed and insured to perform solar panel cleaning. We take great care to prevent any damage during service. However, Solaris Cleaning Company is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage or deterioration of panels, wiring, or roofing.
System failures unrelated to the cleaning service.
Weather-related conditions or external factors outside our control.

4. Property Access

Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property on the scheduled date. This includes unlocking gates, removing obstacles, and ensuring pets are secured during service.

5. Quotes & Estimates

All pricing provided before service is an estimate based on the information given (e.g., number of panels, roof accessibility, and dirt level). Final pricing may be adjusted on-site after visual inspection.

6. Use of Photos & Reviews

With client permission, Solaris may use before-and-after photos or customer reviews for marketing purposes. No identifying personal information will be shared without consent.

7. Communication

By submitting your contact information through our website or forms, you consent to receive calls, text messages, or emails related to your appointment or quote request. Standard message and data rates may apply.
